Objectives

• To make students aware of the menace of ragging.
• To maintain healthy interpersonal relationships among students.
• To provide knowledge of Anti-Ragging provisions, rules, and punishments.

Policy

• Strict compliance with the prevention of ragging in any form is ensured.
• The College maintains a healthy and congenial academic environment free from ragging.
• As a preventive measure, all newly admitted students and their parents/guardians are required to submit an undertaking in the prescribed format and are informed about UGC Anti-Ragging Guidelines at the beginning of the academic session.
• Ragging within the campus is strictly prohibited. Anyone found indulging in ragging shall face strict disciplinary action including suspension, expulsion, fine, or public apology as per rules.
• All students are advised to follow the guidelines sincerely to maintain a healthy academic atmosphere and ensure a ragging-free campus.
